Applications are now being accepted for the third round of City of San José Small Business Rent Relief Grants. Grants will be available to small businesses, companies, or enterprises located in San José. The maximum grant is $15,000. The program provides grants to small business owners that owe more than 60 days of rent arising from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as support local property owners. The Business Foundations Technical Assistance program provides technical assistance and small grants to Colorado small businesses to help businesses legally establish themselves. The program includes 3 required training paths for businesses to complete and receive a certification. Once completed, businesses may be eligible to apply for small grants of up to $1,200.
Funding for this State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) small business grant program is contingent upon approval of the allocation from the City of St. Louis through the Community Development Administration (CDA). This program provides eligible for-profit business owners within the City of North Miami Beach with a one-time grant award in an amount not to exceed $5,000. The grant award must be used to cover certain expenditures that allowed businesses to remain viable and operational. The goal of this program is to assist small businesses that experienced a loss or reduction in revenue as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Non-profit businesses are not eligible.

The City of Saco has established a city-wide small business grant program to help support economic development and community revitalization efforts. The program offers matching funds for a variety of non-operational expenses. A Small Business Grant application must pertain to a commercial use with 50 or less employees within the City.
The City of Alhambra established a Small Business Assistance Grant (SBAG) Program to support local small businesses impacted by COVID-19 with grants to retain the continuity of business operations for services to the community and/or assist income-qualified microenterprises. Financial assistance in one-time $5,000 grants is available to eligible applicants.
The City of Carson is offering a one-time business assistance grant to businesses in Carson who have been negatively impacted financially by COVID-19 but not have not yet received any type of COVID-19 related assistance from the City. The City is providing grants ranging from $5,000 to $25,000 to assist Carson small businesses.
This new program will provide up to $2,500 to small businesses who incurred costs or expenses resulting from business closure, partial closure, or business interruption as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Business Assistance Program (BAP) is a matching grant program designed to encourage small businesses to locate, expand or redevelop in the City of Orlando. The program requires eligible business owners to pay 50 percent of the fees assessed against the business, while the program fund pays the remaining 50 percent up to $20,000.
The Multi-Ethnic Business Association (AHANA in Spokane) and Yakima County Development Association (YCDA) will be awarding Small Business Technical Assistance (TA) grants to for-profit businesses on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will be accepted until funds are expended, but no later than May 15, 2023. Funding and assistance are made available as a result of a Small Business Innovation Fund Grant from the Washington State Dept. of Commerce.
