The Awesome Foundation is a global community committed to promoting "awesome" by providing $1,000 micro-grants, funded by local chapter trustees, to support diverse and inspiring projects. Each chapter independently defines "awesome," resulting in a wide variety of initiatives in arts, technology, community development, and more. These projects often evoke surprise and delight, sometimes challenge norms, and frequently inspire.
This grant is available to artists who have completed a degree program within the last two years or who have started working in fibers within the last five years.
Since 2016, we’ve amplified the individuals, businesses & orgs who are boots on the ground everyday trying to make the world a better place. We’re proud to launch The Amplifier Grant as the next extension of that work, awarding at least $5,000 in funds every season. The Amplifier Grant is a fund by The Outrage accepting applications on a rolling basis with at least $5,000 in funds awarded on a seasonal basis (ie. Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall). After 7+ years of building resources and tools to
